Return Policies

Except in the case of defect, once our products have been removed from their original packaging, the product is used and ineligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except in cases of defect or fulfillment error). Shipping, gift-wrapping, and order-upgrade costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of non-refundable options and shipping will be deducted from the total.

In the instance that the merchandise you have purchased is defective, we offer a 30 day guarantee and provide a replacement. The replacement product will be the same or simliar product as the original (Contingent on inventory or special releases). You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. 

Custom orders will not be refunded unless rope is deemed defective. 

If you suspect an error in fulfillment of your order, please contact us. In the instance of a fulfillment error, you will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred by return or re-shipment. International customers may be responsible for landing/import fees and/or duties/taxes based on local law. We will make every effort to indicate shipments as replacements as possible.

Human Stitching subscribes to the philosophy: ropes is replaceable, a life is not. Do not engage in any rope activity without proper education. We understand that rope can be an expensive passion, but your personal safety is priceless.

If you must cut your Human Stitching rope due to an emergency, we will replace it at no cost to you (may be subject to substitution sure to inventory).

Our Be Smart Be Safe Policy applies only to ropes made by Human Stitching including ropes purchased directly through Human Stitching or received as a gift. Proof of purchase may be required.
